How to Take Measurements
Use a flexible measuring tape to ensure an accurate measurement.
Chest Measurement: With your arms relaxed, measure the widest part all the way around your chest and back, under your armpits, holding the tape straight and taut.
Size
To find your natural waist size, lean slightly to one side and measure at the crease (usually just above your belly button).
Hips/Buttocks
Measure the widest part of your hips/buttocks while standing with your feet apart and your body relaxed.
