Return procedure
All returns must be made via our online label generator (no in-person returns are accepted).
You have 10 days after receiving the label to ship the package, otherwise the return will be refused.
Once the package is received by our team, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing and, if applicable, refund.
Return conditions
Items must be in the same condition as when sold : unworn, unwashed, with the original tag attached.
Swimwear : intact hygienic protection is mandatory, otherwise no refund will be given.
Items marked down by 30% or more : final sale, non-refundable. However, online credit may be issued.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
Special periods
For orders placed between Black Friday and the end of December , returns are accepted until January 31st .
Cancellations
Cancellations are possible only before shipment and are not guaranteed. You can email us at info@nanathebrand.com.
If the item has already been shipped, you can return the merchandise upon arrival by following the process described above.
