Return procedure
All returns must be made via our online label generator (no in-person returns accepted).
You have 10 days from receipt of the label to ship the package, otherwise the return will be refused.
Once the parcel has been received by our team, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing and, if necessary, reimbursement.
Return conditions
Items must be in the same condition as when sold: unworn, unwashed, with the original label attached.
Swimwear: intact sanitary protection mandatory, otherwise no refund.
Items sold at -30% or more: final sale, non-refundable. However, an online credit may be issued.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
Special periods
For orders placed between Good Friday and the end of December, returns are accepted until January 31st.
Cancellations
Cancellations are possible before shipment only and are not guaranteed. You can send us an e-mail at info@nanathebrand.com.
If the item has already been shipped, you can return it as soon as it arrives by following the process described above.
