SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, address and e-mail address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer to provide us with information that helps us learn more about your browser and operating system.

E-mail marketing (where applicable): With your permission, we may send you e-mails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you obtain my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for delivery or if you are returning a purchase, we assume that you consent to us collecting your information and using it only for that specific purpose.

In general, the third-party service providers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to enable them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, some third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase transactions.

For these suppliers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies in order to understand how your personal information will be treated by these suppliers.

In particular, please be aware that some suppliers may be located, or have facilities located, in a jurisdiction different from yours or ours. Thus, if you choose to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

For example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, your personal information used to complete that transaction may be subject to disclosure under U.S. law, including the Patriot Act. Once you leave our store's website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website's Terms of Use.

SECTION 5 - SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that it is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed in an inappropriate manner.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, we comply with all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional standards generally accepted by the industry.

SECTION 6 - COOKIES

The following is a list of the cookies we use. We have listed them here so that you can choose whether or not to reject cookies.

_session_id, unique token, sessional, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, destination page, etc.).
_shopify_visit, no data retained, persists for 30 minutes from last visit, used by our website provider's internal statistics tracking system to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data retained, expires at midnight (relative to the visitor) of the following day, counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persists for 2 weeks, stores information about the contents of your shopping cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, undefined If the store has a password, this is used to determine whether the current visitor has access.

SECTION 7 - AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are of the age of majority in your state or province of residence and have given us your consent to allow one of your dependent minors to use this site.

SECTION 8 - CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please check back frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you will know what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

If our store is acquired by or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue to sell products to you.
