Returns, exchanges & cancellations
Generate a return labelPlease note that all items on sale or as part of a promotion are considered a final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
All purchases (unless otherwise specified, such as sale items) are refundable within 30 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges are not accepted. All refunds are made using the same method as the initial payment. Please note that the initial delivery charges are not refundable.
To ship your return items:
- Click on the "RETURNS" button on the "Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations" page, accessible at the bottom of the home page. A fee of 3.99$ applies upon receipt of your return label. This amount will be deducted from your refund - Please provide your order number starting with NANA and your postal code, ensuring it is properly separated (e.g., ABC 123).
- Print your return label once you receive it by email.
- In the package, include a document with your order number and your full name (or full name associated with the order). If possible, use the original packaging.
- Clearly write the reason for your return inside the package.
- Carefully seal the package and drop it off at the post office.
* You have 10 days following receipt of your return label to send the package. If the 10 day deadline is exceeded, your return will be refused.
*Once the package is in the hands of our team, we ask for a delay of one to two weeks for the processing and reimbursement of an order.
NOTE: Note that all returns must be made via our return label generator and that no in person return will be accepted.
Return conditions
- Items are in the same condition as when they were sold: unworn, unwashed and with the original price tag still attached.
- Swimsuits: In addition to the conditions listed above, the hygienic protection must still be in place, otherwise the swimsuits will not be reimbursed.
- All items purchased at a discount are final sale. No refunds or returns will be accepted on products purchased during sales such as Boxing day, Cyber Monday and Black Friday.
Cancellations: Order cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped. You can check the status of your order by clicking on the link in your confirmation email or by sending us an email to info@nanathebrand.com. If the item has already been shipped, you can return the merchandise as soon as it arrives by following the process described above.
Payments
During checkout, you will be able to make changes to your cart until the order is confirmed. Shopping at NANATHEBRAND.COM is safe. Personal information provided on NANATHEBRAND.COM is transmitted via a secure server using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard or Paypal. The charge will appear as Boutique-Nana on your credit card.
Sales Tax: In Canada, we collect sales tax for products ordered on NANATHEBRAND.COM. The sales tax rate applied is 5% GST (goods and services tax) and 9.975% QST (Quebec sales tax).
