All purchases (except as noted on specific product pages, such as sale item, earrings etc.) are fully refundable/exchangeable within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees to return the product are non-refundable except if the item is defective.
All refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.
Order cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped. You can verify your order’s status by clicking the link in your confirmation email or by sending us an email at email@example.com. If the item has already been shipped, you may return the merchandise as soon as it arrives by following the process outlined below.
To ship your return items:
- Leave the purchase order confirmation and your return in the package. If possible, use the original packaging.
- Clearly write your request (the reason for your return) inside the package.
- Seal the package carefully.

SALES TAX: In Canada, we collect sales tax for products ordered on NANATHEBRAND.COM. The rate of sales tax applied is 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) and 9.975% QST (Quebec sales tax).
